Welcome to Final Boss Consulting. We believe in transparency and professionalism when working with our clients. Please review the terms below before engaging with our services.

  1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website or hiring Final Boss Consulting for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a legal guardian’s consent, to use our services.

  1. Our Services

Final Boss Consulting provides credit restoration and consulting services that may include:

  • Credit bureau dispute processing
  • Credit education and financial coaching
  • Credit profile analysis and strategy
  • Homeownership readiness consulting
  • Funding and credit positioning strategies

Our services are educational and advocacy-based. We are not attorneys or financial advisors.

  1. Payments & Refund Policy

All services require payment upfront.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

  1. Credit Monitoring Authorization

In order to accurately analyze and work on your credit profile, Final Boss Consulting requires access to your credit reports through MyScoreIQ or an equivalent credit monitoring provider.

By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Final Boss Consulting to charge your card for the MyScoreIQ credit monitoring service if necessary in order to:

  • Access accurate credit reports
  • Monitor changes to your credit profile
  • Provide updates to you and any approved partners involved in your service (such as lenders, realtors, or builders)

This monitoring is required for the credit restoration process.

  1. Authorized User Tradeline Policy

If authorized user tradelines are added to your credit profile as part of our services,

  • Tradelines remain on your credit profile for 60 business days from the date they are placed.
  • After 60 business days, the tradelines may be removed automatically.
  • Clients may renew the tradeline placement for an additional term if desired, subject to availability and renewal fees.

Tradelines are used to stabilize credit profiles and improve overall credit positioning. Results may vary.

  1. Client Cooperation Requirement

Clients must follow instructions and cooperate with the process. This includes:

  • Providing requested documents
  • Maintaining on-time payments on active accounts
  • Avoiding new collections or negative activity during the process

If a client fails to comply with these requirements, Final Boss Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time.

No refunds will be issued if services are terminated due to non-compliance.

  1. Results Disclaimer

We cannot guarantee specific credit score increases or removals of accurate negative information. Each credit profile is different, and results will vary.

  1. Professional Conduct

Final Boss Consulting maintains a professional environment for clients and partners.

Threats, harassment, defamation, or false public statements about the company will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action, including cease-and-desist letters and lawsuits, in cases of defamation or harm to the business.

  1. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve the issue directly.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in the courts of Bexar County, Texas, under Texas law.

  1. Privacy

Your personal and financial information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to These Terms

Final Boss Consulting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.

  1. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By purchasing services from Final Boss Consulting, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider after services have begun.

If a client initiates a chargeback after agreeing to these Terms:

  • The client will be considered in breach of this agreement.
  • Final Boss Consulting reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount.
  • The client will be responsible for any legal fees, collection costs, and administrative expenses associated with recovering the payment.

All signed agreements, onboarding documents, and communication records may be used as evidence in any dispute.

  1. Defamation & False Statements

Clients agree not to publish or communicate false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Final Boss Consulting, its employees, or its partners.

Defamation includes but is not limited to:

  • False reviews online
  • False social media statements
  • False claims regarding services or practices
  • Harassment or threats toward staff

If defamatory statements are made, Final Boss Consulting reserves the right to pursue legal action, including cease-and-desist orders, damages, and court action to protect the company’s reputation.

  1. Non-Interference With Process

Clients agree not to interfere with the credit restoration process by

  • Filing their own disputes during the program
  • Hiring additional credit repair companies while enrolled
  • Submitting identity theft claims that conflict with our process
  • Making changes to accounts without consulting our team

Such actions can delay or damage the process.

If interference occurs, Final Boss Consulting reserves the right to pause or terminate services immediately, with no refund issued.

SMS-Terms and Conditions
  • We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
