5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Payment is due in full upfront before services begin.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect previously paid services.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a client is:

Non-compliant with instructions,
Engaging in fraudulent or misleading behavior, or
Acting in bad faith toward the Company.

No refunds will be issued if services are terminated under this clause.

7. Credit Restoration Disclaimers

We do not guarantee the removal of accurate negative information from credit reports.
Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
Credit bureaus are legally obligated to report accurate data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—text, graphics, logos, software, and media—is the exclusive property of Final Boss Consulting. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without written consent.

9. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:
